You must be a current member of the Pegasus Flyers Inline Skate Club to
participate in the election process. So renew now if your membership has
lapsed, or join us at www.pegasusflyers.org.

Below is the election schedule:

| Saturday May 29 -
|
Nomination Phase begins: Any member can nominate another for 1 of 5 positions
on the board. This phase will be conducted via the
Pegasus Flyers Members Bulletin Board Yahoo group, where a nomination
is made by one member and must be seconded by another member. |
Saturday June 12
at midnight -

Ending of all Nominations and "secondeds". |
Friday June 18
at midnight -
|
Nomination acceptance deadline. Those nominated, must accept or decline the
invitation to run for 1 of the 5 positions on the Board of Directors via
email by this deadline. |
Saturday June 19
10 AM Campion Skate
12pm picnic and VOTE- |
All members of Pegasus Flyers in good standing as of June 19 are eligible to
cast a ballot with 5 selected names from the nominated list of members. This
year, we've chosen to hold the election in conjunction with one of our most
popular trail skates, at the Campion Trail. We will meet at the North End of
the trail where it crosses under I-635 near Riverside Dr in Irving.
Voting will take place after the skate and a PICNIC LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. In
considering your nomination please think of members who can help with
Marketing, Membership, Website management and plain ole enthusiasm!
